 How many titles are displayed during the opening sequences to the film? 

There is only one title displayed during the opening sequence of the film. It says The Main Event and has a wrestling ring in the background with fans watching.

What images are prioritized in the opening sequence? 

A young boy and a grown man.

What connotations do the images carry? 

This leaves people confused on why a grown man is fighting against a little boy because that seems unfair.


How is genre reinforced through symbolic and technical codes from the outset? 
The genre is reinforced because his shows the boy using his imagination of him being the greatest the WWE wrestler of all time. He even wears a costume and realizes his mask might give him super powers.

How does the film establish an enigma from the outset? 
The film establishes an enigma from the outset because it shows the boy beating up the man but is woken from his sleep by his mom and notices it was all a dream.

What strategies are used to ensure the film appeals to its target audience? 
Some strategies being used to ensure the film appeals to the audience by showing things that only the boy can see with his own eyes that no one else cannot. When he looks in the mirror his shirt with a picture of a wrestler begins moving with the wrestler talking while on the shirt. He also grows stronger with muscles when he puts on his mask.

How has technology been used effectively? You might want to consider camera angles, transitions and editing techniques
Technology was used effectively in this film showing the WWE character on his shirt moving and talking which is completely impossible but make it seem so realistic. The camera angles are used very good showing low shots of the little boy pinning his opponents and show his view of winning his match from a first person view.

Week 2 beginning to film

    This was our second week of filming. Me and my partner Courtney and Theresa were able to get on the field this week. We completed all of the shots we needed for our movie opener this week. We did not have any issues either. We worked and planned out our day of filming very well. We made sure we would be able to get on the field by having an administrator take us out to the field and unlocked all the gates for us. We  had all the equipment we needed set up such as cleats, gloves, balls, and bats. The weather and the lighting was perfect for our day of filming as well. 1. The first to pictures we got from filming this week are me and Theresa fielding a ground ball and throwing ball to first. These shots play a big role in our movie opener because the majority of the film is Peter and I playing baseball.
